I LOVE lobster (who doesn't)! But I must admit I never order a whole lobster in a restaurant because it just seems like too much work to eat. So I decided to look up the proper, and hopefully easiest, way to crack a lobster. I found this video and thought I would share it with you as well, in case you're like me and are afraid to get anything but the tails.
